Arrangements
All current Medicare card holders (GREEN AND BLUE), Pension, Health Care and Veterans Affairs card holders, children under 16, most procedures and most patients over 65 are Bulk Billed.
Overseas Visitors, RHCA Card Holders and Non-Medicare Card Holders are not Bulk Billed.
We accept EFTPOS, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and cash.

Consultation (Level B) - $65.00
Long
Consultation (Level C) - $95.00
Prolonged
Consultation (Level D) - $170.00
Recreational Scuba Diving Medical - $95.00
Fees usually change on the 1st November each year in line with the Medicare Australia fee updates.
Please telephone the practice if you have been delayed or can not attend the appointment.
Privacy & Health Information
Your Personal Health Information and your Medical Record may be collected, used and disclosed for the following reasons:
• For communicating relevant information with other treating doctors, specialists or allied health professionals
• For follow up reminder / recall notices i.e. pap smear register
• Accounting / Medicare / Health Insurance procedures
• Quality Assurance activities such as accreditation
• For disease notification as required by law (e.g. infectious diseases)
• For use by all doctors in this group practice when consulting with you
• For legal related disclosure as required by a court of law (e.g. subpoena, court order, suspected child abuse)
• For research purposes (de-identified, which means that you are not able to be identified from the information given)
It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised staff members. If you have concerns or wish to restrict access to your personal health information, please discuss this with your doctor or receptionist.
